Ombudsing with Neurodiversity in Mind is My First Peer-Reviewed Article (and I'm Wicked Proud)!

I found out somewhat unceremoniously via LinkedIn that my first peer-reviewed piece, Ombudsing with Neurodiversity in Mind, was just published in the Journal of the International Ombuds Association. I suppose its fitting since I found out I officially became The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard's Ombuds in 2022 vial LinkedIn as well and it's the work Broadies do there that inspired me to write this piece.

I'm wicked proud to have survived APA citations and the review process with no rejection although I probably won’t put myself through it again. I'm even more proud that my piece is part of a Special Issue on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as that centers my work...also, I don’t mind being considered a “DEI author” 😉.
