We Are Not Going Back to Business as Usual...

If the past four months have taught us anything, it's that business as usual isn't working.



I think we can agree that the past few months have been challenging.  Upheaval in work and in life, not to mention unrest in the world around us, have left us feeling stressed and exhausted.  Respectfully, this is the time when either good things can happen or good intentions can evaporate into inaction. 

 

Hard conversations need to happen now.  Self-reflection needs to happen now. We need to recommit to transforming workplaces into the healthy, inclusive, supportive spaces we aspire to be part of.
